03 / THE OLD FLAME
Somebody dug up Abel's fire.
It burned once, centuries ago, and was left buried. A curious duck with too much time and too little fear brought it back — and found it nearly spent.
Only enough strength left to carry 222 ducks through whole , exactly as they are.
After that, the fire has to be fed. Four in, one out — 2,000 Ducks 2.0 maximum, ever. Then it rests for good.

OG or Hell Ducks. If you don't have any, they're on OpenSea.

The site reads your wallet and shows what each duck is worth.

Ducks 2.0 or $NONCO. One choice per duck, and it's final.

Burn and mint in a single transaction. It's irreversible.

Your Duck 2.0 is a seat in everything that comes next.

PATH A — DUCKS 2.0
4 ducks = 1 Duck 2.0
OG or Hell, any mix. Burn and mint in one transaction.
It comes back stripped bare — a body and a soul, nothing else.
Cap: 2,000. Then Path A closes forever.
PATH B — $NONCO
Burn for tokens
Every duck pays by TYPE. Base 100, up to 5×. Gatekeepers: 400 + 100 per soul.
It doesn't come back at all.
Emission ends when the window closes.
$NONCO can never buy a Duck 2.0. Not now, not later.

A Duck 2.0 isn't a picture. It's a seat.
It arrives naked. Everything after that is yours to build.
Build it.
Traits you buy, equip, swap and sell. No two ducks end the same.
Name it.
A name and a story you wrote. They travel with the NFT when you sell.
Cast it.
Every month, ducks are picked for the series. Selected ducks get paid.
Bank it.
Every duck is in the weekly draw. Prizes in ETH, never in tokens.

Do I need to have been here in 2021?

No. OG and Hell Ducks are for sale on OpenSea. Buy them, burn them, cross over.
Why four ducks for one Duck 2.0?

Because 22,953 was too many for any duck to matter. Four-to-one is what makes 2,000 Ducks 2.0 scarce and every burn meaningful.
Why do OG and Hell count the same?

The fire does not care about pedigree. Any four ducks, any mix, one Duck 2.0.
What if I only have one, two or three ducks?

Burn them for $NONCO (Path B), or buy the missing ducks on OpenSea and complete the four.
What happens to my 2nd Gen and Upside?

Nothing yet. They are not in this stage — they convert later, with their own mechanism.
What is $NONCO and when can I claim it?

The ecosystem token, minted only by burning ducks during the window. Credits accrue on-chain; the claim opens when the window closes.
